€¢ Setting out, site lineout, and surveying the site.
€¢ Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
€¢ Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
€¢ Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
€¢ Resolving technical issues with contractors€™ representatives, suppliers, subcontractors, and client.
€¢ Quality control in accordance standard method statements, quality plans, and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
€¢ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.
€¢ Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
€¢ Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
€¢ Preparing daily site reports.
€¢ resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
PREFERENCES:
Handled office interior projects of 5000sft - 30000sft. independently.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
Knowledge in the field of Interior Design (Corporate offices)
Good command on English, Hindi, Marathi.
